The information on seocoveagency.com is for general information about our services. Examples, illustrations and design samples are marked as examples and do not represent specific client websites.
Prices on our website say “Contact for pricing”. Every client receives a written quote. The scope, price and start date of any work are confirmed in writing before work begins, and that written agreement takes priority over this page.
Monthly plans are month-to-month unless your written agreement says otherwise. You can cancel with notice before your next billing date. Fees are billed in advance and are not refunded for a month that has started, except as described under our guarantee.
If you don’t see measurable improvement in your Google Maps rankings or AI visibility within 90 days on a monthly plan, we keep working for free until you do. Progress is measured against your starting audit for the keywords and AI questions agreed at kickoff. The guarantee requires access to your Google Business Profile and website, and content approvals within 5 business days. It is a commitment to keep working, not a cash refund. It does not apply to one-time website projects.
Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other platforms decide their own rankings and answers, and they change often. We cannot promise a specific position or that an AI assistant will recommend your business.
Once a website project is paid in full, the website and the content we create for you belong to your business. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins or images remain subject to their own licences.
You confirm that the information and materials you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them, and you give us the access we need to do the work.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where SEOCove Agency is based, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
